LITIGATION EXPERIENCE Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office Aug 1994 - Present Felony Trial Deputy District Attorney Sex Crimes Division 1998-2003 67 Jury Trials Trials have included: murder, attempted murder, rape, assault with a deadly weapon, spousal battery, aggravated mayhem, kidnapping, criminal threats, carjacking, residential burglary. Trial experience includes a multi-defendant simultaneous dual jury trial as well as a four defendant special circumstances murder. Of the seven murder trials, two involved baby murders. 53 Court Trials Trials have included: sex crimes against children, spousal abuse, rape, shooting at an occupied vehicle and robbery.
